July Monthly ride to Lower Lode Inn, Tewkesbury.
Mike Sages team will be leading us on a circular route through the borders region to the beautiful Lower Lode Inn on the River Severn opposite Tewkesbury. A destination we've not visited for some years.

The ride starts at the Esso petrol station, Newport Rd, Chepstow. NP16 5YS
Stands up 10.30am
A circular ride around the Borders region visiting Usk, Abergavenney, Ross on Wye, Newent and the Lower Lode Inn on the River Severn opposite Tewkesbury. 1.5hrs stop at the Inn for food and beverages. Good menu of lunches including a Carvery. A 75 mile outbound with a pee/petrol stop half way. A 40 mile return down the west side of the Severn back to Chepstow. Ride level B with some technical roads requiring good concentration.
