Fields of Thunder

This is a rally not to be missed. It has been put together by the III Rivers Chapter and will be the UK celebration for HOG40 and HD120 anniversary in the UK, (although HOG would not let us use the 40th and 120th logos). All UK and Ireland Chapters have supported this event and plan to attend. This will be a ‘sponsored’ Chapter Rally with the ride being lead by one of our road teams. Lets make a GWC presence.  This will be the first of it’s kind, an all UK and Ireland Chapter rally. It is anticipated that this will become an annual event as the date does not clash with any Chapter rallies. Why not be one of the first to visit.

The event ground is huge with all amenities, food bars, drinks bars. Where else can you get a weekend listening to 8 bands!!!”

Ride instructions:

We will meet at the burger van on A46 off the Tormarton M4 junction, past the turn off for the Compass Inn. Leaving at 10:30, so if you want a bacon butty get there earlier. We will ride cross country to the rally. We will have a comfort/fuel stop near Biscester , before getting to the rally site around 2:00pm . We will have some Dragons and Bridgewater riders with us so should be quite a few bikes.

Please remember full tanks and empty bladders.

The return journey on the Sunday is likely to be faster dual carriageway and motorways if you wish to ride with the group.
